DIY Ang Ku Kueh

Wanting to make this since last year. Now finally got the ingredients and there..................... My Ang Ku Kueh with coconut filling :)

Recipe :

300g glutinious rice flour, 2 tablespoon oil, 200g sweet potato (steam & mashed), 160ml water/coconut juice

mix the above ingredients to form a soft dough and wrap with coconut filling and steam for 6 mins.

Tis one taste nice too. Actually very easy to cook. Just fried dried scrimps and mushrooms and pork with seasame oil followed by the glutinous rice. Stir fried for abt 10 mins (add dark sauce and chicken powder for taste). Steam for abt 1 hour (when steaming on and off must open up and sprinkle with water and stir to make it balance)
