"Pear water"

It's been years that i boil this "pear water". Used to cook when we still "dating" but now where got time? ? ? Suddenly tot of it and weather is so hot so decided to cook again for all to drink.

DIY Ang Ku Kueh

Wanting to make this since last year. Now finally got the ingredients and there..................... My Ang Ku Kueh with coconut filling :)

Recipe :

300g glutinious rice flour, 2 tablespoon oil, 200g sweet potato (steam & mashed), 160ml water/coconut juice

mix the above ingredients to form a soft dough and wrap with coconut filling and steam for 6 mins.

Went Taka baby fair but nothing much as usual. Saw this danish bread there and it's really nice and soft to eat. Guess wat is the price for a loaf? $18.50 cut into 12 slice.
