DIY Ang Ku Kueh


Wanting to make this since last year. Now finally got the ingredients and there..................... My Ang Ku Kueh with coconut filling :)

Recipe :
300g glutinious rice flour, 2 tablespoon oil, 200g sweet potato (steam & mashed), 160ml water/coconut juice
mix the above ingredients to form a soft dough and wrap with coconut filling and steam for 6 mins.
Filling :
coconut cook with gula meleka
